Takemet Tours uses Acuity Scheduling, a Squarespace service, to schedule Discovery Calls and potentially other appointments.

This may include your name, email address, telephone number, appointment information and responses to questions we ask during the scheduling process.

6. LUXOR AVAILABILITY & OTHER INQUIRY FORMS
If you submit a Website inquiry—including a request for private guiding in Luxor—we use the information you provide to understand your request, determine availability and contact you.
Because some Luxor inquiries may be last minute, we may request a WhatsApp or telephone number so that we can communicate with you quickly.

For many Takemet journeys, we create private WhatsApp groups so that guests can remain connected with us before and during their time in Egypt.
We may also create private groups for sharing photographs and videos from a journey.
When you communicate through WhatsApp or another third-party communication platform, information is also processed according to that platform's privacy practices.
Depending on the platform and group settings, information such as your name, profile image, telephone number and messages may be visible to other members of the group.

We love capturing the memories created during our journeys, but guest privacy and permission matter to us.
